Before establishing Premium Facility Services, Sterling garnered a solid foundation in the construction industry, accumulating 10 years of experience across various roles. His background in project management, cost estimation, and site supervision provided him with a strong understanding of infrastructure development, quality control, and preventative maintenance.
A true innovator, Sterling then transitioned to the parking industry, where he dedicated 21 years of his career. During this time, he honed his expertise in operational management, technological integration, and maximizing revenue generation at parking facilities in both commercial and residential settings.
